General Conditions
- For stays up to 7 days we charge a surcharge.
- For the single room we calculate an aditional of 50% - 100% a day.
- For the children-bed we calculate an aditional of Euro 15,00 a day.
- The rooms are reserved from 3 pm of the arrival day to 10 am of the departure day.
- The booking will be confirmed only after receiving a deposit.
- The rooms are reserved once the deposit has been paid and a written confirmation has been given.
- In case of cancellation we don’t refund deposits for any reason, including weather conditions.
- In case of not cancelled booking one month prior to arrival date, we are going to invoice the full booked staying.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or not cancelled booking one month prior to arrival date, we are going to invoice the full booked staying.
- In case of delayed arrival or early departure we have to calculate 100% of the price for the booked period.
- The appartment prices vary according to employment ( number of persons ). We rent our apartment only with breakfast.
- For the meals not consumed during the stay, they are no deductions.
- Prices shown will from 1.1.2014 attract a tourist tax of 3,00 € per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.
