General Conditions
- The prices are for a stay of minimun 4 days.
- For stays up to 3 nights we charge a surcharge of 10%.
- For children from 2 until 6 years which are in accomodation with the parents, we get a discount of 30%; after that age is the discount 10%.
- For the single room we calculate an aditional of 50% a day.
- For the children-bed we calculate an aditional of Euro 15,00 a day.
- The rooms are reserved from 1 pm of the arrival day to 10 am of the departure day.
- The booking will be confirmed only after receiving a deposit.
- The rooms are reserved once the deposit has been paid and a written confirmation has been given.
- In case of cancellation we don’t refund deposits for any reason, including weather conditions.
- In case of not cancelled booking one month prior to arrival date, we are going to invoice the full booked staying.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or not cancelled booking one month prior to arrival date, we are going to invoice the full booked staying.
- In case of delayed arrival or early departure we have to calculate 100% of the price for the booked period.
- Dogs are welcome only in summer. We charge a surcharge of Euro 10.00 per day. He can not stay alone in the room during the day, except for meals and has no access to the dining room. There are also rooms with wooden floor. Please take a blanket or a sleeping mattress for your darling, cause we don’t like when it sleeps in bed.
- The appartment prices vary according to employment ( number of persons ). We rent our apartment only with halfboard. Animals aren’t welcome in the apartment.
- For the meals not consumed during the stay, they are no deductions.
- Prices shown will from 1.1.2014 attract a tourist tax of 1,90 € per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.
